Job summary

A leading environmental services firm based in Jakarta is seeking a SHE Officer to maintain safety standards and compliance across operations. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, preparing training sessions, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards. Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 1 year of environmental experience or be a fresh graduate. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in Environmental or fresh graduate.
• Attended training or certification related to environmental issues.
• ISO 141 certified is an advantage.
• Willing to work outside of office hour.
• Willing to travel to all company’s sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction.
• Conduct inspections on statutory fire and rescue equipment.
• Inspect project facilities and activities for compliance.
• Support safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs.
• Ensure SHE Management System meets ISO standards.
