Job description

Overview

Review, develop and prepare upstream integration (Well Engineering, Subsurface and SURF) concept including Integrated design basis and associated models, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Interface based on company values, engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies;

Develop and recommend upstream integration plan, objectives and strategies for company project to ensure available standards of Upstream technical integration and Company Policy and Procedures as guidelines and upstream integration carried out in accordance with predetermined standards and align with project objectives.

Monitor and evaluate technical aspect regarding integrating process;

Provide and recommend solution in issues on any change and/or deviation of production integration process;

Review, analyze and determine tolerable technical change/deviation to ensure justification on tolerable technical change/deviation in project integration process and meet engineering principles and advanced technology.

Monitor and control upstream technical integration implementation in the each of company project phases;

Review, analyze and evaluate challenge and/or problems during implementation;

Establish solution recommendation for any challenge and/or problems arisen to ensure that all technical integration process are in line with determined technical quality assurance standards, engineering philosophy, and best practices.

Design and develop early identification and tracking system and tools of any deviation for overall upstream integration in production system;

Coordinate and assist the team to communicate the tracking status to related department, contractors, and other stakeholders, and to develop database of technical integration.

Review, analyze and monitor integration project risk management and project risk control implemented by company, and in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP)

Prepare risk assessment of system interface and integration in Contractors/Vendors engagement activities in order to ensure availability of reliable project risk assessment method and support detailed integration technical preparation.

Monitor and review on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in upstream integration for each of project phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for system interface and integration meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably, 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Reservoir management, production or drilling and well completion experiences are required.
