Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance collection efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor agent performance post-training to ensure learning transfer and operational impact.
- Support recruitment assessments by evaluating collection skills and behavioral competencies.
- Develop structured training curricula (coaching, onboarding, refreshers, skill-upgrading, compliance).
- Build retention strategies through continuous development and engagement initiatives.
- Promote discipline, ethical practices, and positive work culture among collection teams.
- Act as a key partner to management in developing training strategies aligned with collection targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collection training, performance coaching, or operations within the financial services/P2P lending/banking/fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of collection strategies, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance (OJK/AFPI).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in English speaking would be a plus.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training plans.
- Strong leadership and coaching mindset with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and result-oriented mindset.
- Willing to relocate in BSD, Tangerang.
