Job description
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance collection efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor agent performance post-training to ensure learning transfer and operational impact.
  • Support recruitment assessments by evaluating collection skills and behavioral competencies.
  • Develop structured training curricula (coaching, onboarding, refreshers, skill-upgrading, compliance).
  • Build retention strategies through continuous development and engagement initiatives.
  • Promote discipline, ethical practices, and positive work culture among collection teams.
  • Act as a key partner to management in developing training strategies aligned with collection targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collection training, performance coaching, or operations within the financial services/P2P lending/banking/fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of collection strategies, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance (OJK/AFPI).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in English speaking would be a plus.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training plans.
  • Strong leadership and coaching mindset with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to relocate in BSD, Tangerang.
