Largely based in Singapore, our team members are spread across various countries managing multiple initiatives to deliver features that touch the everyday lives of millions of customers across South East Asia through Grab.

Get to Know the Role

You will manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish across diverse topics - focused on how Grab serves businesses across SEA. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and articulate with partners across the company. As a TPM, you'll be the bridge between multiple Engineering teams and business teams. By working with people from all parts of Grab's online and offline/operational teams, you'll deliver new features to market. These features will impact the lives of millions of passengers, drivers, and merchants every day. Your mission is to accelerate impact, build performing teams, remove inefficiencies, drive prioritization and improve tech processes. You will report to the Senior Technical Program Management Leader, and will be based fully on-site in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• General Program management - manage project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress, identify risks and resolve impediments
• Work with teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and QA to ensure successful program delivery.
• Lead communication efforts to align multiple engineering organizations on complex programs.
• Coach teams on multiple delivery frameworks and methodologies best suited to their execution needs
• Drive roadmap planning and prioritization processes
• Find ways to help teams and the organization improve how it delivers.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Min. 5 years experience managing Agile software projects
• You have a background in project delivery or technical leadership, and a disciplined approach to stakeholder management, allowing you to bring high-impact results in a fast growth environment.
• Experience to lead implementation and generate results by communicating effectively with, and influencing, leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an environment where autonomy and self-decision-making and prioritisation is needed.
