Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for marketing and related roles.
  • Actively headhunt and hijack high-quality candidates from competing companies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • Partner closely with the HRBP team to understand business needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide and mentor a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high-pressure, fast-moving company.
  • Solid experience in marketing recruitment and competitor mapping.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and drive direct approaches.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
