Job Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage sourcing and development progress for all vehicle projects at the Indonesia plant.
• Market Analysis & Localization: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and market conditions to interpret Localization Content (LC) policies and coordinate LC rate calculations.
• Strategic Sourcing: Drive the formulation and implementation of sourcing strategies to achieve localization targets and cost optimization goals.
• Supplier Lifecycle Management: Establish and maintain the supplier database, managing the entire lifecycle to drive continuous improvements in supplier competitiveness.
• Operational Support: Handle invoice management, resolve supplier issues, and identify procurement operational risks to develop closed-loop solutions.
• Digitalization & Optimization: Support digitalization initiatives within the procurement function and standardize processes for overseas business to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Experience: More than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Major: Preferred degrees in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or Supply Chain Management.
• Language Skills:
