A prominent food and beverage company located in Jakarta Utara is seeking a qualified individual to handle General Affairs responsibilities. The role involves creating and maintaining cleanliness standards, managing advertising needs, and ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of D3/S1 in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in the industry. Commitment to high standards of hygiene and possession of a motorcycle with valid licenses are essential.
Handle the creation and maintenance of SOPs for cleaning equipment and building areas.
Monitor and manage the cleaning schedule process.
Handle store licensing management.
Manage company advertising needs, outsourcing, store utility billing & analysis process, and food safety certification process for licensing purposes.
Perform other general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, budget control for the Industrial Relations (IR) & General Affairs (GA) Division, and creating company projections.
Input Purchase Requests (PR) / Purchase Orders (PO) related to advertisements, utility billing, etc.
Supervise building cleanliness and outsourced manpower needs.
Conduct on-site visits to our stores across Java and Bali.
