Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct system analysis and development with limited support to keep client systems current with changing technologies.
2. Analyze system specifications and translate requirements for junior programmers.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot current programs, designing solutions to programming issues.
4. Plan and perform tasks efficiently, responding promptly to bug reports.
5. Design, coordinate, and supervise software development to solve information processing problems.
6. Research and recommend software tools to management.
7. Assist testers and support personnel in resolving system problems.
8. Provide management with recommendations on programmer productivity and software development management.
9. Participate in long-term planning for new projects and facilities.
10. Design, write, modify, and debug high-difficulty computer programs.
11. Evaluate current systems and contribute to future development decisions.
12. Learn emerging technologies quickly and integrate them with existing systems.
13. Determine the cause of hardware, operating system, application, or network issues.
14. Perform performance tuning, usability improvements, and automation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
