Job summary

A leading insurance company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to enhance service quality and efficiency in Motor Vehicle Insurance. You will lead a team of approximately 30 across several locations and be responsible for executing improvement projects, supervising operational activities, and ensuring compliance with service standards. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose improvements to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality in Motor Vehicle Insurance operations.
• Execute and monitor improvement projects to ensure successful implementation and alignment with performance KPIs.
• Supervise and control all operational activities, including complaint handling, to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of ±30 people, consisting of Coordinators and Surveyors across branch locations.
• Monitor and improve service delivery and processes in alignment with operational KPIs for Motor Vehicle Insurance services.
• Provide operational support at the assigned branch location (Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung), ensuring branch performance meets company standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar operational function.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung.
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
