ABOUT THE ROLE

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for rooms, meetings, events, and food & beverage.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities, including MICE and corporate markets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align sales efforts with overall hotel objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hotel, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including MICE and corporate segments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
