Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback and complaints using 8D/investigation report.
• Perform failure analysis and containment actions for quality issues.
• Review and implement procedures and work instructions for QC.
• Process RMA forms for customer approval and follow-up.
• Support NPI, MSA, GR&R activities, and lead QA engineers.
• Engage in teamwork and communication with colleagues.

Job description

University graduate with diploma graduate with experience. Preferably from engineering. Able to speak and written in English. Min. 5 years’ experience as QA/QC in electronic manufacturing company, continuous improvement activities, root cause investigation, (experienced engineer from non‑QA/QC is also welcome to apply).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback/complaint with 8D/investigation report and communicate with customer.
• Perform containment action as immediate response to quality issues, perform failure analysis.
• Review procedure and work instruction to be performed and implemented by QC.
• Process RMA form customer for approval, verification, and follow‑up until completion.
• Support NPI, MSA, GR&R activities, Lead QAE and technicians.
• Problem solving, failure analysis, ISO 9001, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
