We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven record of being the main driver and decision-maker on multiple end-to-end projects. This role is for someone who has successfully led entire project lifecycles—from concept and planning, through execution and delivery, to post-launch evaluation—while maintaining oversight of business, financial, and operational aspects.

This is not a coordination-only position. We want someone who has been the central figure of accountability, with complete ownership of strategy, scope, resources, risks, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery of business goals.

Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and results.

Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources with full decision-making authority.

Maintain stakeholder confidence through transparency, reporting, and successful delivery.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Required Experience

Proven track record of being the primary leader on multiple end-to-end projects (not just part of a larger program).

Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of project management: planning, execution, risk management, financials, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect project execution to business outcomes.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Digital projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Background in managing multi-million-dollar projects or programs.
