Job Description

• Develop And Implement Product Strategies That Align With Business Objectives And Collaborate With Other Teams.
• Manage Product Roadmaps And OKRs For Assigned Teams.
• Ensure Product Alignment Across Pods And Product Groups.
• Prioritize, Define, Execute, And Analyze The Impact Of Product Initiatives.
• Possess In-depth Product Knowledge And Understand Its Value To Customers.
• Translate User Requirements Into User Stories And Acceptance Criteria For Engineering And Design Teams.
• Actively Participate In Scrum Activities, Including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, And Backlog Grooming.
• Engage With Various Stakeholders, Including Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, And Marketing, To Ensure Roadmap Execution.
• Support The Sales Team With Customer Queries, Issue Resolution, And Customer Onboarding.
• Monitor Market Trends And Identify New Opportunities For B2B Product

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or management preferred.
• Exposure on Business Platform Onboarding or Disbursement or Payment preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of success in delivering innovative products.
• Deep understanding of data, software engineering, and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with relevant teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics to justify requirements.
• High attention to detail, commitment to high standards, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of the payments industry and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
