Coordinate with others function/department head to ensure improvement processes and implementations are running well and follow timeline in onsite. Document responsibility
Analyse operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project. The cost issues are analysed and determined accurately.
Coaching, mentoring, and facilitating all departments on site in achieving improvement targets and projects goal. Improvement targets and projects goals are achieved in a timely manner.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
