Job Description

Designing a groundbreaking logistics ecosystem with technology, provide seamless experience in posting job, bidding job, payment, tracking and many other things to improve the industry and life quality of every practitioner involved inside.

As a Senior Product Designer at Kargo, you’ll work among superstar engineers, product managers and also designers in a very fast-paced, rapidly growing and multi-cultural environment. You will be obsessed with customer’s experience and satisfaction, quality and improvement. You’ll pilot research to uncover new user experience solutions and accountable for user experience design decisions in the organization.

Who you are and what you’ll do:

• Customer obsessed. You will take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users (internal team, shippers, transporters and truck drivers).
• First principles thinker. You will define problem, ideate solution, draw low fidelity / high fidelity sketches, design interaction and experience.
• Collaborative. You will work with superstar Product Managers and Product Engineers to build product that customers want, brings viable business impact, and technically feasible.
• Let the best ideas win. You will give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Ownership. You will design and shape the brightest future of Kargo Technologies even though it means sacrificing your idealism and ego in the process.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design field.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills that help you to quickly adapt in a new dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Experience in front-end programming will be a huge plus
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
