Role Description

This is an on-site contract position for a Senior Key Account Manager located in Cilandak. The Senior Key Account Manager will oversee the management of key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, analysing customer data to identify growth opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining long‑term relationships with key accounts. The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and fostering trust.
