Overview

One of our client, one of the major European development financiers in Indonesia, is looking for a Senior Investment Manager with detail as below:

The Senior Investment Manager is responsible for the comprehensive, efficient and target oriented implementation of activities assigned to him within the range of activities of the department.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a strong business origination network with business partners, financial advisors and other financial institutions/private equity funds to further develop investment/ financing opportunities for Company in Indonesia and in the region covered by Jakarta Office
• Analyzing specific business sectors and development of corresponding market strategies in Company’s strategic business segments in Indonesia
• Self-responsible origination / identification and pre-selection of new potential clients and pre-structuring of financing transactions (loan, mezzanine and equity financing) including the financial and commercial analysis of companies/ business plans/investment proposals
• Preparation of internal clearance-in-principle decision documents for finance transactions in co-ordination with the Country Director including the input and handling of various Company pricing and rating tools
• Negotiation of financing terms with potential clients with the support of Country Director
• Participation in and support of on-site due diligence missions of German Head-quarter colleagues
• Substitute of the Director of the Jakarta Office if he is absent

Qualifications

• Having 8-12 years of working experience in the financial institutions (local / foreign commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms)
• Experience in acquiring new business and wide networking in top level management
