Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager in a palm oil company.
• Preferably manager/assistant manager specialized in palm oil.
• Mature and flexible with good human relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop HR team, system, and tools.
• Monitor and manage HRD function including recruitment and payroll.
• Ensure employee performance appraisal and termination processes.
• Handle employee relations issues independently.
• Conduct counseling to motivate employees to achieve targets.
