Responsibilities

Map and design end-to-end HR process flows and system blueprints (Visio, Miro, etc.)

Support HR system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment

Translate business requirements into HR system functionalities in collaboration with HR and IT teams

Extract, clean, and validate HR data across multiple systems

Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports

Provide insights through descriptive and predictive analytics (e.g., turnover, headcount, performance, learning)

Present insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders

Ensure data privacy and compliance with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRIS, HR Digitalization, or People Analytics, including system improvement/configuration and HR dashboard creation

Practical experience in descriptive & predictive HR analytics; familiar with HRIS platforms and HR process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, etc.)

Proficient in advanced Excel/dashboarding and statistical analysis with exposure to basic machine learning or AI concepts
