What You’ll Do
  • Respond to emails and live chats from overseas clients.
  • Assist clients with their questions & requests on the vacation rental listings product and ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Partner with colleagues and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent English skills – strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate typing, error‑free responses, and a neutral accent.
  • Experience preferred – 3+ year background in customer service, call center, help desk support, e‑commerce, hospitality, or tourism (international client exposure is a plus).
  • Bonus skills – knowledge of SQL & SOAP/RESTAPIs.
  • Problem solver – able to analyze issues, make quick decisions, and provide clear solutions.
  • Tech‑savvy – quick to learn new software.
  • Client‑focused – able to actively listen, gather information, and understand client needs.
  • Adaptable under pressure – thrive in a growing technology & fast-paced working environment.
  • Flexible availability – willing to work 24/7 coverage shifting system.
  • Flexible location – willing to work in Yogyakarta.
