Job description

JAGO is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate mobile app growth through paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing. This role owns the full funnel from acquiring high-quality users to driving retention, repeat usage, and reactivation.

This is a hands‑on senior IC role designed for someone who thrives on execution, experimentation, and measurable business impact without people‑management responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Mobile App Growth) across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC), and other performance channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign performance, focusing on CPI, CAC, activation rate, and first order conversion.
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging to scale efficiently.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and dormant user reactivation.
  • Execute push notification campaigns based on user behavior and product updates.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance (from install → activation → first purchase → repeat purchase) and translate insights into actionable growth experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Brand, Creative, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure growth initiatives align with business objectives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in mobile app marketing (B2C).
  • Proven ability in managing paid ads platforms (Meta, Google; TikTok is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience in FnB, consumer tech, marketplace, or on‑demand platforms is highly preferred.
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline.
