Job summary

A leading stationery company in Jakarta seeks a Senior Graphic Designer who will create and develop visual assets for branding and marketing campaigns. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design and possess 3–5 years of graphic design experience. Strong creative thinking and good communication skills are essential, with a preference for Mandarin proficiency. This is an onsite position in North Jakarta, and candidates must attach a portfolio to be considered.

Qualifications

PT. Deli Group Indonesia is the world’s leader in comprehensive stationery business. We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in West Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with branding or corporate design experience preferred.
• Strong creative thinking, design sensitivity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite (WFO) in Sunter, North Jakarta.
• Ability to join immediately is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, product materials, and company events.
• Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Provide creative direction, ideas, and improvements to enhance brand identity and communication.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Review, refine, and finalize design assets with high accuracy and quality control.
