Job description

To manage and oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies within the securities industry. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective cash flow management to support the companys operational and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with OJK (Financial Services Authority) and IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) regulations.

Maintain general ledger and ensure all journal entries are recorded accurately and on time.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and IFRS.

Monitor cash flow, fund movements, and daily financial transactions, ensuring liquidity for trading and investment operations.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and cost control.

Coordinate with external and internal auditors, and prepare necessary audit documentation.

Ensure compliance with taxation, financial reporting standards, and internal control policies.

Provide financial data and analysis to management to support decision-making.

Liaise with related departments such as Operations, Treasury, and Compliance for financial coordination.

Support continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Masters degree or CPA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the securities, banking, or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of capital market operations, financial instruments, and regulatory reporting.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, good inenglish prefer

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
