About the Role

Get ready to define, lead, and turn insights into real innovation! In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Operations, and Business Strategy to uncover opportunities and drive impact. You’ll sharpen your skills in qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, and problem-solving — all while helping us build the world’s best on-demand transportation experience. What You Will Do
  • Independently conduct product & market research projects for transport (including map and navigation) products for both customers and drivers: usage and attitude study, usability testing, market sizing, concept testing, market analysis, etc from research scoping to influencing the stakeholders’ decision.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, understand the business problem and translate the problem to the relevant research activities.
  • Integrate data sources and analytic processes to produce meaningful and high quality insights.
  • Problem-solving will be your daily task, finding loopholes in the system and seeking creative solutions to improve our product/business/marketing strategy.
  • Advocate consumer-centric mindset and metrics to stakeholders through persuasion, influence and inclusion to deliver insights that would inspire and spark actions.
What You Will Need
  • Have experience in the field of Product and Market Research at least 5 years
  • Having experience in handling Map and Navigation is a plus
  • Great project management skills in designing, executing, and delivering research independently from start to finish
  • Have advanced skills in quantitative methods (able to use Survey Monkey is a MUST) and have intermediate skills in qualitative research methods
  • Understanding in especially product development processes, business, product management, design strategy and data teams so that you are able to collaborate effectively with those teams
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: prioritize using data to inform decisions, relying on thorough analysis to guide strategies and actions.
  • Critical Thinking: being curious to question assumptions, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets (both qualitative and quantitative).
  • Creative Problem-Solving: looking for ideas elsewhere and thinking outside the box when necessary, exploring multiple perspectives to problem solving
  • Self Starter: Ability to operate in a self-directed culture and fluency in navigating uncertainty
  • Finds doing research, discussion, and brainstorming as fun activities!
