Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, new customer segments, and competitive trends within the high-tech and space-tech domains.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate sales performance, platform usage metrics, and marketing campaign performance (ROI), generating actionable insights to optimize brand strategy.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
Brand Development & Communication
- Craft a compelling and technically grounded brand narrative that effectively communicates platform features, value propositions, and product benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and other modern channels to increase platform visibility, adoption, and conversion.
- Oversee crisis communication strategies, including responses to technical incidents, platform performance issues, or adverse media coverage to safeguard brand reputation.
Industry-Specific Expertise & Technical Insight
- Leverage experience within technology, SaaS, or PaaS environments to understand platform lifecycles, subscription models, and customer behavior drivers.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with technical advancements, product roadmaps, and platform capabilities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure cohesive brand execution and support commercial initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, brand principals, and strategic partners to enhance campaign output, efficiency, and consistency.
- Lead negotiations related to contracts, partnership agreements, pricing, and internal resource allocation to maximize brand value and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management; experience in technology, SaaS, or platform environment is strongly preferred (critical for understanding platform lifecycles and subscription models).
- Expertise in strategic market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Strong ability to coordinate pricing and stock with brand principals and other key stakeholders.
- Proven track record in developing and executing innovative brand sales programs for customers.
- A proactive, solution-oriented team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Highly data-driven, with strong skills in sales analytics, forecasting, and managing marketing ROI and budgets.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling, and market-ready brand narratives.
