A leading legal services provider in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Associate to provide high-quality corporate legal services. The ideal candidate should have a Law degree, three years of experience in a law firm, and strong skills in legal research and drafting. Qualifications

Job Description & Summary: A career in our Corporate Law practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, ongoing compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.

Our team possesses extensive knowledge of local and national corporate law. You’ll help our clients with a range of legal services including provision of support in choosing the type of company, drafting of corporate documents, contracts and the necessary assistance in the performance thereof, setting up companies, structuring capital, restructuring corporate governance, implementing changes to the legal structure, setting up joint ventures, and managing tax and real estate issues.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements

Currently we are looking for Senior Associate to support us in providing high quality corporate legal services with requirements as follow:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Law, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from a local reputable Universities;

  • Have a minimum three years of professional experience working in a Law Firm.

  • Have a PERADI License

  • Good legal research and drafting skills

  • Have a sound foundation in understanding and reading laws and regulations.

  • Having good grounding in legal knowledge and skills.

  • Good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from variety of backgrounds;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
