Our client is a leading company in the interior furnishing and decor industry, specializing in delivering high-quality fabric and decor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure timely preparation, filing, and payment of local taxes (e.g., PPh, VAT, BPJS), stay updated on tax regulations, and liaise with authorities and auditors.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, and coordinate audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency through the use of accounting software and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with Tally accounting software preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of digital taxation systems in Indonesia (e.g., e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, BPJS)
