We are looking for a high-quality and high-potential candidate to join our team as a Senior Accounting Analyst. The background, skills, and personality required for this position are as follows:
Record and document financial transactions accurately in the appropriate financial statements.
Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing periodic reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements by reviewing existing and new regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and advising management on necessary actions.
Organize and maintain financial records systematically.
Provide recommendations to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance profitability.
Compile, analyze, and report financial data for internal and external use.
Prepare periodic financial reports (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.) for management and shareholders.
Present financial data to directors, including budgets and financial forecasts.
Perform internal audits and resolve discrepancies.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
Audit all financial transactions by examining supporting documents and reviewing accounting control procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security through proper controls and regular database backups.
Excellent academic record.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
Educational background in Business or Economics, with a major in Accounting and/or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with relevant professional experience.
Experience using accounting or financial software.
