We manage around 10 U.S.-based LLC companies, each with fewer than 200 monthly transactions. We combine global finance, technology, and hospitality operations in a collaborative on-site environment in Berawa.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/CPA with strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and LLC accounting to manage multi-entity financial operations and support global reporting. This is a hands‑on role closely connected to management, investors, and legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end accounting for up to 10 companies (<600 monthly transactions)

Oversee daily financial operations: purchases, sales, invoicing, bank reconciliation

Prepare U.S. GAAP–compliant financial statements:

• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
• Member Equity Reports
• Tax Reporting

Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconciliations

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and LLC reporting structures

Deliver clear financial reports in English

Coordinate with banks, investors, auditors, and law firms

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP & LLC accounting
• Experience handling multi‑entity accounting
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Willing to be placed in Canggu, Bali (On‑site arrangement)

Preferred

• Background in a big accounting firm (Big 4 or similar) – PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO, Grant Thornton, Mazars, etc.
• Experience managing multi‑currency transactions
• Exposure to cross‑border reporting or multinational clients
