About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Services Manager to join our team at PT Kingsmen Indonesia, a leading provider of interior design services. In this full‑time role based in West Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and delivering exceptional service for our events and exhibitions projects.
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Collaborating closely with the design and production teams to translate client requirements into innovative and impactful event and exhibition solutions.
Preparing detailed project proposals, timelines and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion.
Fostering strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
Identifying opportunities to expand the scope of services and drive repeat business.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and service offerings.
10+ years of experience in a similar account management role, preferably within the interior design, events or exhibitions industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Events Management, or a related field.
