We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and manage seller operations on Kredimall. This role will be crucial in building strong relationships with suppliers, driving campaign success, and ensuring overall seller performance.

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it's functional, up-to-date, and provides an excellent user experience. This includes managing product listings, promotions
  • Help to prepare and analyze sales data, traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities. Generate regular reports to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.
  • Help to communicate the implementation of new operational procedures or policies to suppliers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and finance teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that align with company goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in an e-commerce operations or similar role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (eg, shopee, tokopedia, tiktok shop).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and able to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
