Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in esports community management, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of SEA esports ecosystems, games, and regional TO networks.
• Fluent in English and at least one SEA local language.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with Tournament Operators in SEA.
• Onboard TOs to the platform and guide them through setup.
• Develop long-term relationships with TOs and gaming communities.
• Represent the company at regional gaming events.
