Overview

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, approach, and secure new customers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, documentation) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, product improvement opportunities, and overall market insights.
