Job description

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with market news and developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail equity clients.
• Understand clients' needs and trading preferences.
• Inform clients of all relevant market news and developments and their implications for trading recommendations.
• Provide clients with trading recommendations based on research by the Research Department.
• Execute transaction orders from retail clients.
• Communicate clients' transaction orders to Sales Dealer.
• Call and visit clients to build excellent rapport and serve relevant client needs.
• Approach potential clients and establish excellent rapport to acquire new retail clients for the company.
• Assist new retail clients through the registration process.
• Person in charge of the implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Program (APU PPT).
• Person in charge of handling customer complaints.
