Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, sales orders, and quotation follow-ups.
• Maintain and develop good communication with customers.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Quality, and Warehouse teams regarding customer requirements.
• Monitor, record, and follow up customer complaints, including RCA and CAPA documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales and quality activities.
• Support internal improvement programs related to customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and quality documentation.
• Assist during customer visits, audits, and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome (experience in manufacturing is an advantage).
