About the role

As a Sales Promotion Staff, you will play a vital role in driving the company's retail growth and consumer engagement in the Uluwatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali area. This is a full-time position that will see you work closely with the retail team to promote the company's products and services to customers.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers in-store to showcase and promote the company's product range
• Assisting customers with product information and recommendations
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Collaborating with the retail team to implement sales and marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback
• Contributing to the overall success of the retail location

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail industry especially surf products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers (must be well spoken English)
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
