We are seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our market presence and drive the success of high-value projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver optimal performance.
  • Identify new project opportunities and build strong networks with contractors, developers, consultants, and government institutions.
  • Manage the tender process: from project scouting, proposal preparation, presentations, to contract negotiation and deal closing.
  • Conduct market analysis, prepare sales reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma degree in every fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales (construction materials/MEP/piping/sanitary/electrical).
  • Strong professional network with contractors, developers, and consultants.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Holder of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel frequently.
