A leading transportation service company in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Executive to develop sales plans, conduct competitor analysis, and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years experience in sales and marketing with a Bachelor's degree. This role is crucial for expanding our client database and ensuring effective transaction processes.
Develop sales plans in line with the annual business strategy. Conduct competitor analysis and marketing intelligence to identify the most suitable products or solutions for corporate customers. Carry out customer prospecting activities to expand and update the customer database (both branch-level and national categories). Manage rental transaction processes with customers (closing deals), including the preparation of final quotations and contracts for prospective clients. Ensure that all SLAs are communicated and implemented throughout each process. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and key points of contact (PIC).
