About the job Sales Project Executive (Bali)
Our client is the leading international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware, with customers in more than 150 countries.
Responsibilities:
Developing of product related sales and marketing strategies
- Plan, Sales Budget, purchasing budget and operation cost budget for monthly and yearly.
- Negotiate and contract sales volume, payment terms, and sales policy with customers.
- Establish pull-through relationships with contractors, applicators, consultants, or architects to promote the brand
- Execute sales strategy and monitor customer performance. Review performance data with customers to influence buying and advertising decisions.
- Implement strategies to expand business market share with medium to large regional accounts in an assigned territory.
- Distribute any information and communicate with peers appropriately.
- Compile all information for new products or product chancing
- Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management and Purchase
Help with product launch information
- Perform market survey and price survey in cooperation with the marketing department.
- Creation of internal product information and present these to sales and customer
- Develop and regularly hold product training for customers in coordination with the training team
Development of new range/products
- Acting on decisions and decisions pre-arrangements respectively for range configuration and future plans of the range. The decisions are coordinated with Product Management
- Compile all information for new products or product changing. Transfer of documents to translation, graphic and purchase. Check of developed documents and approval.
- Communicate product-related issues to the Product Management team.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in Retail building materials for at least 3 years with a strong sales background
- Bachelor degree in engineering, management, business administration or relevant fields is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Solid experience in architectural hardware, furniture fitting, home appliances, sanitary or related fields is a plus.
- Having good networks with the decision-makers of carpenter contractors, furniture manufacturers, interior material dealers
- Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
