Overview

Our client is a Furniture for Retail company. Currently, they are looking for Sales & Marketing Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer store weakness and make an improvement regarding layout design.
• Collaborate with Designer Team to review and develop new product.
• Contact VM retail store and propose product suggestions suitable for their store concept.
• Manage the client's project and attend site when appointed as main supplier of display store (in or outside Java island).
• Sourcing a new buyer and maintain our current customer's inquiry.
• Support all division sections to raise sales volume.
• Join exhibitions to promote the product.
• Support installation for any project.
• Reporting the design and proposal for customer to management.
• Submit quotation, PO, and other supporting document data to finance division in order to release invoice.
• Support to follow up customer payment.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma degree from all major.
• High conversational level of English.
• Min. 3 - 5 years as a senior staff (supervisor) from furniture or retail industry.
• Good product knowledge regarding retail components, time management, and teamwork.
• Willing to do business trip in and outside Java island.
• Willing to work outside of working hours if needed.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local area and its dynamics.
• Hold SIM A.
• Develop new customer.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
