A leading culinary education institution is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager in Jakarta Timur. This full-time role involves developing and implementing strategies to boost growth, manage a sales team, and foster partnerships. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, particularly in education or creative industries. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the National Culinary Service Academy as a Sales & Marketing Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth for the academy's culinary education programs. The position is based in our Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya office.
Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote the academy’s culinary courses and attract new students.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with industry organisations.
Generating non-tuition revenue through:
Managing and leading the sales team to ensure targets are met and customer relationships are maintained.
Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
Analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Monitoring and reporting sales, marketing, and revenue performance to senior management.
Contributing to the overall growth, brand positioning, and business development of the National Culinary Service Academy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the education, culinary, F&B, or creative industries.
Proven experience in revenue generation beyond core product sales, including sponsorships, partnerships, or service-based offerings.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of brand partnerships, content monetization, and consulting-based services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making.
