Sales & Marketing Executive - Building Materials - Jakarta (B-121742)

Our client is a Building Materials company. Currently, they are looking for Sales & Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, interior design consultants, and architectural firms.

Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and project leads in building and construction industry.

Promote products through presentations, product demos, and technical consultations.

Meet monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.

Work with marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and events.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to management.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and post-sales support.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in the industry.

Continuously improve knowledge of products and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

At least 3 years experience in Sales Marketing / Project Sales in Building Materials industry (esp. Paints / Coatings), Furniture, Interior Design, or as Subcontractor.

Strong network and connections with Construction companies, Architectural Firms, and Interior Design companies.

Excellent communication skills and proactive, sales-driven (hunter) mindset.

Own car.
