Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed quotas.
  • Coach, empower, and engage a diverse team of 12-14 Sales Agents.
  • Monitor and exceed target performance for agents.
  • Provide data reporting, analysis, and track team sales performance.
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in other departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Sales Agents.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing a team of Sales Agents.
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Mastery of the insurance sales process with ability to enhance internal processes.
  • Experience in managing call‑center sales teams.
  • Proficiency with sales software and data analysis.
  • Understanding of agent and customer needs for tailored solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
