Mazda Eurokars is expanding its presence with the opening of a brand-new dealership in PIK 2 next year. In preparation for this milestone, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and ensure the successful launch and growth of this new location.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the premium quality and spirit of the Mazda brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium showroom experience.
  • Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales consultants.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
