The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in HVAC product sales. The role involves preparing sales proposals, engaging with customers, and leading the sales team to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC/ventilation/product sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude: ability to understand products, fan performance, system design.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals/quotations, attend client meetings, and follow up to secure sales.
  • Work with direct customers (contractors, developers) and indirect customers (consultants, distributors).
  • Collect competitor insights, customer needs, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with key clients; attend trade seminars/exhibitions.
  • Lead and supervise sales team, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and manage margins/costs to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Apply HVAC/ventilation knowledge, interpret technical drawings, and ensure accurate specifications for proposals and projects.
