Our client, a leading supplier of energy efficient ventilation solutions, is currently looking for a Sales Manager with good understanding of ventilation / HVAC systems / ACMV / fan engineering / product application.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Closure – Prepare proposals/quotations, attend client meetings, and follow up to secure sales.
- Customer Engagement – Work with direct customers (contractors, developers) and indirect customers (consultants, distributors).
- Market Intelligence – Collect competitor insights, customer needs, and explore new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong connections with key clients; attend trade seminars/exhibitions.
- Team Leadership – Lead and supervise sales team, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Strategic Planning – Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and manage margins/costs to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Technical Expertise – Apply HVAC/ventilation knowledge, interpret technical drawings, and ensure accurate specifications for proposals and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering field).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC / ventilation / product sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude: ability to understand products, fan performance, system design.
