We are seeking a Sales Manager to support the hotel’s strategic management by building relationships with senior colleagues and providing support in business development, maintaining brand standards, and hotel image.

What will I be doing?
  • Implement sales action plans aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Achieve departmental goals contributing to the marketing budget.
  • Monitor revenue from Corporate, FIT, M.I.C.E., and other accounts.
  • Maximize up-selling opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting revenue and group bookings.
  • Participate in travel functions and promotional events.
  • Plan sales trips to target markets and develop client relationships.
  • Gather competitor information and report regularly.
  • Maintain client relationships through entertainment and activities.
  • Meet key accounts and VIP guests.
  • Conduct hotel inspections and plan follow-ups.
  • Maintain hotel exposure through direct sales and communication.
  • Negotiate banquet and outside catering events.
  • Develop room nights and banquet revenue.
  • Coordinate with departments for event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Review billing and invoice accuracy.
  • Follow up on client feedback and leads.
  • Maintain account databases and files.
  • Build good relationships with internal and external customers.
