Job summary

A leading educational institution in Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to develop marketing strategies for Executive Education programs. The role requires strong client relationship management skills, oversight of program development, and the ability to propose tailored training solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with at least three years of supervisory experience or seven years in sales or business development. Experience in the Edu Tech sector is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop appropriate marketing strategy to introduce Executive Education programs.
  • Propose marketing strategy programs and offerings to attract clients.
  • Manage day‑to‑day Program Development activities and collaborate with unit leaders in Executive Education.
  • Plan and expand relationships, proactively maintain good customer relations with former and future clients, and manage the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Communicate with representatives/parties appointed by Executive Education customers for training engagements.
  • Provide need analysis of the clients’ organizational problems.
  • Introduce various alternative program solutions to clients.
  • Manage the training program schedule.
  • Monitor the clients’ business development, competitors, and new trends.
  • Propose and arrange proposals in regard to the clients’ necessities.
  • Design proposal development solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Content Development & Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager during project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Content Development & Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager to develop training & development project proposals.
  • Secure solutions and services projects based on the submitted proposals.
  • Explore external opportunities such as prospective clients for training & development projects.
  • Suggest new training & development services to existing and new corporate clients.
  • Be a point of contact for clients to develop various alternative training solutions according to their needs.
  • Present core content of training development material to clients.
  • Maintain and use up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines, company sales policy, company business processes and industry conditions to provide innovative support and technical assistance to related clients.
  • Provide report to direct supervisor.
  • Suggest improvement processes related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time, effort and cost).
  • Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a supervisory level, or minimum 7 years of working experience as Sales or Business Development.
  • Preferably have experience in the Edu Tech Industry.
