Job description

Responsible for providing services to customers in accordance with contract requirements and collecting contract payments in a timely manner.

Responsible for handling customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments of the company to solve customer problems and improve customer satisfaction.

Take the lead in dealing with customer breach of contract.

Understand and collect market information and make business suggestions on the company's sales strategy and price policy.

Analyze sales trends and market data to drive continuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have experience in Satellite Telecommunications, VSAT industry, or Telecommunication industry.
• Good written and spoken English is preferred.
• At least 2 years of industry sales experience in the VSAT or Telecommunication.
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Based in Jakarta and Indonesia area.
