About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at PT My Everything Indonesia, an esteemed company based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our product (Local manufacture Basic T-shirt, Fashion, T-shirt licensed Mattel, Barbie Parfume, Sam-Sam Toys) and leading our talented sales team to success. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimise their performance
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales solutions
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the sales team is aligned with the company's objectives

Requirements
