Job Description
  • Guide the day‑to‑day activities of the marketing team.
  • Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and encouraging collaboration.
  • Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go‑to‑market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactic recommendations.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Recruit, mentor and coach the Project Sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze and strategize on competitors in the competition area, including surrounding pricing area, sales channel, and customer database sourcing.
  • Ensure the sales of house and shophouse units in all projects according to the target time and price that has been determined.
  • Create and implement sales strategies.
  • Create and propose sales channels to optimize sales of houses and shophouses.
