Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably from Developer / Property / Landed industry.
- Expertise in Social Media Sales, Google Marketing Platform, and Influencer Management.
- Hands‑on experience managing in‑app sales, CRM tools, and third‑party marketing tools.
- Good communication skills and understanding of sales strategies.
- Good time management.
- Critical tinkering and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in managing and monitoring a team.

Job Description
- Guide the day‑to‑day activities of the marketing team.
- Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and encouraging collaboration.
- Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go‑to‑market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactic recommendations.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Recruit, mentor and coach the Project Sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze and strategize on competitors in the competition area, including surrounding pricing area, sales channel, and customer database sourcing.
- Ensure the sales of house and shophouse units in all projects according to the target time and price that has been determined.
- Create and implement sales strategies.
- Create and propose sales channels to optimize sales of houses and shophouses.
